How the ACP benefit works
Answer a few simple questions to see if you’re eligible for Lifeline and the new Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), a federal initiative to provide all Americans with broadband Internet service.

What is the ACP Benefit?
The FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a new federal government program committed to bringing connectivity to low-income Americans. Qualifying households can get connected by answering a few questions and submitting your eligibility documents. The program is limited to one ACP benefit per household.
You can get the ACP benefit, if you participate in a qualifying government program or if your household income is at or below 200% the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Renew your ACP benefit
As a TruConnect ACP customer, you’re required to renew your free phone service each year to stay connected. Remember, the ACP benefit is non-transferable. Only eligible customers can enroll, and the program is limited to one service per household.
